I feel incredibly fortunate to love what I get to do every day as a Executive Leadership Coach and Facilitator. Drawing from my own experience after moving to Seattle from Colombia, 32 years ago, I developed an interest in multicultural influences in organizations and appreciate the importance of understanding where we come from.  I have coached clients from 30 different countries  & have successfully helped leaders to thrive in diverse, challenging workplace environments.
